|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — The views are amazing. The apartments are nicely equipped. Maintenance is the best and the leasing office staff is always helpful when needed. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to the Bank and Oriole Park. I highly recommend this apartment community. Lethra and Steve make living at 1111 Light a great place to live
|Recommended: Yes1111 Light Street — Love living here. It’s in the perfect location and the property is clean and secure. I feel safe here. Super chill vibe overall. I also like the many entry points to the building from different streets. Parking is never a problem. It’s a nice quiet building. Love my apartment. Perfect for my children and I. Main thing is I love being coming home and the staff and cool as ever Bright and happy and just dope all around.

|Recommended: YesResident — Still new to living here but it has been since so far. The biggest flaw has been not being able to get a spot in the building's parking garage. Other than that everything has been clean and we haven't run into any issues.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place In The Heart Of Fed — The apartments are very clean and modern. Great location with all of the popular spots in Fed close by. You can also take a short walk to the Harbor or Fed Hill Park.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Building With Good Amenities And Great Service — It’s a very pleasant building to live in with good amenities but the staff is awesome Jack the leasing agent is always on point and Leathra is super nice, sweet, and attentive. You can’t ask for better staff

The leasing office is very friendly, and Metrea has made my renewal leasing process so smooth The staff is super responsive, and anytime I submit a maintenance request, which rarely happens due to the good quality of the apartment, my request is swiftly closed

|Recommended: YesAmazing First Apartment — My girlfriend and I moved in a few months ago and couldn't be happier This is our first apartment and we really enjoy the place. The staff has been excellent as well, responding to emails quickly and having great face-to-face interaction. As we are new to the area, Brad and Metrea did a great job recommending places for a night out or a good breakfast. The apartment itself has proved to be very comfortable, the design is modern, simple, and laid out well. The entire grounds along with the fitness center, rooftop terrace, and outdoor yard are very well kept. No doubt this was the best choice in Federal Hill

I am so thankful for their generosity kindness and feel very lucky to be a part of such a great community. They are consistently making improvements to cater to their residents it doesn’t go unnoticed.
